What You'll Do:

As a member of the crew, you'll be an essential part of our construction team, performing various physical tasks that help bring our projects to life. Typical responsibilites include:

• Working with Materials: Digging, spreading, and leveling dirt and gravel with shovels and picks. 
• Mixing and Pouring: Handling concrete, asphalt, gravel, and other materials to set a strong foundation. 
• Construction Support: Assisting in pipe assembly and cutting, placing forms for concrete, and guiding equipment operators. 
• Tool Maintenance: Cleaning and caring for tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure a safe and efficient job site.

Experience & Education/Certificate:

• 1-2 years of experience in construction a plus.
• GED/high school diploma or related work experience, trade school a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and pressure.
• Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment.
