What You’ll Do:

As part of our materials team, you’ll assist in the production of essential construction materials and support plant and project operations. Typical responsibilities include:

• Material Handling: Assisting in mixing, transporting, and handling materials such as asphalt, concrete, and aggregate.
• Equipment Operation: Supporting plant operations by learning about machinery, including crushers, screeners, and conveyors under supervision.
• Quality Control: Ensuring materials meet industry standards by performing basic testing and monitoring.
• Site Support: Maintaining clean work areas and assisting in equipment maintenance to ensure efficiency and safety.
